Houston Methodist Outpatient Center Parking Garage

Parking in the outpatient Center parking lot is confusing and difficult. You can enter the parking lot going either direction on John Freeman Blvd. If you enter from Fannin St there is an immediately available entrance to the the public parking garage on your right. If you enter from Main St there is a crossover that allows you to cross the oncoming traffic lane to go into the public parking garage. However, I recommend that you avoid going into the outpatient Center parking garage. I recommend that you use the Smith Tower parking. It's a bigger parking garage, it's more convenient to enter and maneuver in and the Smith Tower 2nd floor crossover connects by a short walk with the Outpatient Center. Easy peasy.

The valet service totaled my mothers car when she went there with my Aunt on September 20th, to take my Aunt to see a doctor on a life threatening condition my aunt has, by driving my mother’s car into a pole. Their sketchy insurance company that they are insured by, Sedgwick, wants to add more damage to my mom’s car and apparently the valet service had three other accidents that day with customers vehicles. My mother was not financially ready to buy a new car. If could give them no stars I would because they deserve no stars.

Very good specialist, at the top of her game, made my wife feel much better. She arrived full of worry and left without worry and a treatment plan

Easy in and out for all your needs. Handicapped parking right next to elevators. Good use of signs to help navigate and if not the people are very friendly.
