Houston Oil Company

Although we couldn't use their services because we needed propane not natural gas, I wanted to leave them a review because I was thoroughly impressed by them! I called on Saturday morning as we had ran out of propane and he called back in no time and said he could be here in roughly an hour. Which I was so impressed by that! Once we determined I needed propane and he said he doesn't not offer propane he then provided me with companies he recommends and was very helpful! I appreciated his professional and timely response!

We’ve been using Houston oil for 5 years now and although buying heating oil isn’t at the top of my list of things to do ,it’s always a pleasure having Tim stop by and getting to talk a little. I never feel like i’m being “ took” or sold anything extra . In a world of corporations and “bigger is always better” i like the more personal, down to earth approach of doing business with Tim. We recently moved from Nevada to Delaware, and we didn't know much about heating oil. Mr. Tim treated me like family. He provided me with a calendar for the year and efficiently answered my questions about heating oil. I called him, and he delivered the oil the same day. I am very grateful for his excellent service, and I highly recommend him.

This is Greater Love Temple in Milford De. I have been a client of Houston Oil Company For over 15 years. I have never experienced a company that is so down to earth and friendly. I have been treated like family. We were having all night prayer service at our church and ran out of oil. I called Houston Oil in the middle of the night and he came. Who does that? Only family. Thank you so much for going over and beyond.

Well, for the first time since moving out on my own I ran out of oil. Absolutely freezing I called around. Everyone was quoting me 450-500 for 100 gallons. Houston oil company said 425. It was a no brainer! He came within the hour and was so kind to me, even helped me “bleeding out” the heater since I had no idea what I was doing. Needless to say I will be continuing getting my heating oil here. Hopefully before I run out again and within normal business hours. I cannot recommend and thank them enough.
