Elshan was quick to come out and attempt to fix my washer. He was honest, which is rare these days, that to fix it would cost the same as buying a new washer, in labor and replacements parts costs. With honest service like that, you have to be doing something right! Should I need any other appliance repair, I will definitely be reaching out to Houston Pro Appliance Repair! Honesty from a company is amazing!

Fast. Reliable. Professional. This review is after the second service call with Mr. Elshan. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. The service fee is reasonable. Oh! He does both commercial and residential appliances. Im glad I found him. He will be my go-to mechanic from now on.

Elshan was quick to come and troubleshoot our failing Samsung fridge, he was thorough and informative about what the process would be. He was not pushy and was able to fix our fridge in a few hours, he even gave us heads up of what to look out for and when to call him back if needed. He also helped me clean the fridge ( remove a large piece of glass that was difficult to clean and showed me how to easily take it apart and place the drawers/shelves back in place (they are tricky!)...wow! What a stand up guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Elshan was great. He came out the same day I called and diagnosed my issue and gave me options. There was no pressure to buy anything or spend money. He was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough.

Highly recommend! I’ve had many different appliance break downs and have had many people and companies come out but this is definitely the best and most knowledgeable one. Very polite and professional and was able to get both of my machines fixed the same day as he was already caring the parts! Very thankful🙏
