I absolutely love the services of Houston Professional Maids! As the name implies, the cleaners are very professional and they truly care about providing phenomenal service. They even clean areas that I routinely miss. Their pleasant presence is very noticeable. I am extremely happy with their services!!

I paid for a Groupon for 2 hours & called for an additional hour. I was assuming it would have been 3 total hours but it wasn’t! It was 2 hours and they actually left 15 mins before the time was over. They did not do a good job had ZERO communication & they left stuff where it was before they got there. The rugs in my rooms were folded and not put back and left tables untouched and half cleaned the counter tops. When i called the office i said i was not happy and when k said i would only pay half of the last hour they lady said “are you serious” nothing professional about their customer service. My 5 year old cleans better. Sorry do not recommend

I’ve been using Houston Pro Maids for at least 5 years. I’ve never been disappointed with the cleaning of my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The price is reasonable and I love the look and smell of my home after it’s been thoroughly cleaned, dusted , vacuumed and most important my bathrooms cleaned.
