I would not recommend doing business with this company. They claimed to have come out to diagnose my issue when I wasn’t home, but never contacted me with any update. Their rates are also significantly higher than other security gate companies. On top of that, the owner did not follow through on his commitment to send a technician to install my new control board, even after I had already paid the $225 service fee.

Don and his team were great, prompt, honest, and available. They fixed our entire gate system and the price he quoted was the price we paid. Definitely recommend.

Houston Security Gates Tech are best in Houston. They have been in business for a long time and know what they are doing. From installing gate openers to repairing/replacing control boards to welding to repair gates they get the job done right the first time. Recoding remotes or installing key pads, Houston Security Gates and their crew have you covered, weekday or weekend.

Beware. I don't recommend doing business with this company. Do your research and ask for a quote in advance. They are very expensive and charged $430 for a 15-minute service to change a simple battery. When I asked if they offered a military discount (as many companies do), I was told "This isn't a Mexican bizarre (sic) where you haggle over price". The service tech was great, but Don took advantage and was not very professional about it.

Don, Chuy and the entire team were just spectacular in every step of the way. Great service, great communication, and an absolutely on budget. This was an easy, delightful and totally pain-free experience.
