Buyer beware - here are some pictures of my 3 year old roof. The entire roof needs to be replaced because the shingles are nailed through, flashing and pipe jacks are installed incorrectly.

Wonderful, wonderful company. Will quoted the project professionally and expediently. Will gave good recommendations and most of all listened to Tammy's and my needs. When it got turned over to the owner Ted and his team, they worked diligently and showed up when they said. The actual crew were 2 brothers that were some of the best crews I have seen in a very long time. Man Oh Man , they knew their stuff. I am kind of an overseer but never ever needed to question their work. Any issues that arose which were minute were worked out quickly and to my liking. In short the end results were everything we paid for, and preformed quickly. Service after the fact has been impeccable as well. 5 stars and major thumbs up to Ted and his team.

My experience with Houston Siding has been extremely disappointing. On the very first day of work—when the crew was supposed to replace only fascia and soffits—the foreman, Jon, nailed homemade scaffolding directly into my roof. When I questioned him, he told me the roof would “likely start to leak now,” then handed me a business card for his personal business and offered to sell me a new roof. Their ladders also caused additional damage to the roof. There were also sections of fascia that were supposed to be replaced under the contract but were never touched. When I brought this up, Jon said he could finish the job only if I hired him privately to redo the siding on my entire house, claiming he would “significantly undercut” Houston Siding.
