I rarely write reviews, but when I do, it is because a company either went out of their way positively or negatively to establish an experience. This company went out of their way positively in every way! They are the definition of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. They do a thorough evaluation and share detail by detail their analysis and the various options that will help solve your problem. I worked with Pete and his demeanor and knowledge about the structure of the home and HVAC system was exceptionally high as I have worked with hundreds of builders and HVAC companies in the past. He was down to earth and honest. There was clear communication within their company and all information was constantly relayed back to me. I recommend this company to anyone 100%!

I had a complicated issue with my AC involving electrical issues as well as AC system issues. The Smart Air team persevered and solved the problem. I have used them for at least 5 years and they are always responsive. Jay is a great problem solver too and is great about explaining things to me.

I had what appeared to be a slow leak in my ceiling from the AC unit in the attic and reached out for a repair estimate. The next morning Pete came out and investigated. He pointed out what the actual problem was and offered a few different solutions and price points. He was extremely polite, thorough, transparent, and most of all knowledgeable. He made what was originally a headache and concern into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends.

Before confirming the service with Smart Air, I had called about 6–7 other places in the Houston area. What hooked me with this company was Jay. He was the only one who truly listened, asked questions about what was going on, and even gave me an idea of what the issue could be. When I asked for a price range, he didn’t hesitate to give me one—unlike all the other places I called. And that was just over the phone! Once Jay came to my home and ran the diagnosis, the service was even better. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and gave me helpful advice. I honestly plan to hire them again and even sign up for their membership so Jay can check my AC in the summer and my heater in the winter. You honestly won’t be disappointed with Jay’s service. 10/10 experience!

Pete was fantastic! He came to my home for an AC inspection and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me some great advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise.
