I contacted Mr. Sprinkler on Tuesday for a semi-emergency, large break in a deeply embedded drip line. Mary Ann in customer service called me within minutes of submitting my online request and scheduled a Thursday morning appointment. Oscar, the lead technician communicated his ETA and was early! That never happens. He listened and was professional, friendly and courteous. He and his team of four fixed the issue and then tested the system. They found a major leak in the front valves where root grown had wrapped and broken pipes. This explained the big jump in our water bill that started last year. Daniel arrived right in time and conducted a careful, thorough, and professional examination of my sprinkler system. He was honest and gave me a “green light good-to-go” after replacing a couple of sprinkler heads to provide improved and more efficient coverage.
