Howard Garage

So far, this was a great parking garage for us! Used it for a 2-week cruise. Came back and car was still there and in good shape. Ceilings are much higher than the 6' listed online- probably at least 7' and more on the ground level. Our driver to and from the port was awesome!!

This is not secure at all. Someone tried to steal my car and caused over $5,000 worth of damage to my vehicle. The company refused ANY assistance. DO NOT PARK HERE. They are disrespectful and unhelpful. THIS WEBSITE STATES THIS IS A SECURE PLACE IT IS NOT!! There is NO ATTENDANT ON SITE. Awful company.

Parking lot attendant was planning for the Super Bowl a week ahead. I was there for different business entirely. He guided me exactly where I needed to be, gave me his name so I could ask for him if I had issues later, and personally arranged for the prompt, complementary shuttle bus between the garage and where I needed to be. Excellent experience.

So far, the garage keeps our truck safe. Big space. Busy during the day. Call them before getting there to get your code. You don't have to wait a long time outside. Train car a few blocks away.

This place gets an A-Plus. It's in a great spot it's convenient to everything. The car was safe. It was easy access in and out. And the price was right. I would definitely Park here again
