Our walk in cooler went down 2 days before harvest season..called them..they came out the next morning. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly...explained everything to us. I actually thought the bill was very reasonable. Would definitely call them again. My only complaint..I thought the woman who answered the phone was rude. Thanks again for good service.

Our small icemaker quit making ice. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem in 1.5 hrs. He removed a part and said it was bad. A few days later I called to find out what was going on. A man in the office said he had to order the part. He quoted the cost of the part and installation at well over $800. I asked how much the part cost and he said $500 or could be $400.... I found the same part by the same manufacturer for $56 in stock locally. Picked it up and installed the part myself. Now we have ice! I gave two stars because Joe's diagnosis was correct. Will never call Howard Refrigeration again.

Worst Experience Ever!!! Charged close to $400.00 and did NOT DO ANYTHING to make the Ice Machine work when I called. The owner Dave Howard is the most RUDE person you will ever come across. He hangs up the phone on you and tells you to call another company to fix the problem after charging you close to $400.00. He will not enjoy my money. I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charges!

Our technician Joe was really friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch and replaced it immediately. Joe had us up and running to beat the heat. Thanks guys - I refer everyone to Howard Refrigeration.

Stopped in and spoke to girl at front desk. Wrote down my name and said Dave Howard would be calling. Nobody ever called or responded.
