Our agent called around and Howard’s Pool World responded, came out the next day, recommended the best model to fit our needs, ordered and installed within a couple weeks. We were very pleased with the extremely efficient, friendly and professional service received, and based on our experience, we signed up for their pool service. I had multiple conversations with Dakota and Paul in the office, back in October/November and they were both very polite. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. Despite personally scrubbing the pool daily and cleaning the filter myself, algae continued to be an issue while we were paying for service. During one visit, the technician failed to close the water pressure valve, causing the pool to drain — again. The first time this happened, I was out of the country. The tech had adjusted the pump timer, the water level dropped below the skimmer, and thankfully my neighbor heard the pump running dry and shut it off before further damage occurred. One star is too much for what I have to say about this company. From the moment they started providing pool cleaning services at my house, everything was terrible. This company doesn't have very good service. When they cleaned the pool, they added so many chemicals that it smelled like bleach, and they didn't vacuum the pool. What really pushed me over the edge was that the person doing the maintenance left the hose running, and the pool completely overflowed, turning the water black. Unfortunately, it's a rental property, and five days later, I went and saw the mess. I immediately called the company, and they supposedly were going to come the next day to take a look. They added chemicals and made the water clear again, but they were incredibly rude, even the person who answers the phone.

Ray and Craig do a great job talking care of our pool. They went above and beyond when our pool underwent a complete renovation and they needed to make extra trips here. They notify us of any concerns or issues that need to be taken care of. I would highly recommend Howard's Pools. Jim, BB Association board of directors president
