Howdy Doodie Septic & Grease

We recently moved into a new city and a new house. After a short while, the toilets wouldn’t flush. We called Howdy Doodie and they came out that afternoon. In no time we were back in business. They are super nice and call back right away if you leave a message. You can send them a text too. I would recommend them to anyone!

Small and locally owned! Best business experience! Husband and wife operation, great communication, great service, great people. You never want to hear that you have an expensive problem but working with this company made it bearable. They were very informative and gave us options that fit our budget and schedule. Not only this, they accommodated me and my issues and arrived the very next morning when every other place I called in town were unavailable for weeks! Absolutely recommend, and we'll definitely be using Howdy Doodie for septic service in the future.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. We called them Monday and they told us they would be at our house between 3 and 4 they never showed. Didn’t call or respond to any call or text we sent inquiring about their status. Called Tuesday morning and asked what happened. They said sorry something happened to our iPad that had all the info on it we will be out today around lunchtime. They didn’t show up until after 330. Then the truck leaves, leaving one guy to dig for the tank outlet. When the truck comes back we thought they were good and getting it done. An hour passes and we hear nothing so my husband goes to check on them and finds 3 hols dug and left uncovered along with an exhaust pipe open and no septic truck or workers. They just left with out doing the job and without talking t

Highly recommend- family owned and operated, they are very responsive and prompt. We were moving and needed our aerobic system pumped/serviced. Great job, took care and provided lots of information about the system. Recommending to others for their quality customer service.

The folks are great. Brian and his crew came out and did what needed done in a timely manner! He was very informative and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!!
