They installed a new roof on my new house about 8 years ago, it started leaking so I called and was told someone would come out, weeks past heard nothing. Went in person to the office and explained what was happening. I was told that they didn’t warranty home construction and only warranty commercial. Also they had no paperwork or documentation of my install because their computers crashed 5 years ago and lost everything. I was not offered any assistance. I even paid more for better shingles. The office staff had no care. If your not going to warranty it at least offer to fix it or come look at it. I found a better roofing company and got it fixed in 2 days.

I am so grateful for Howell Roofing Company. The roofers worked hard fixing the structural damage first, so I know the job was done right. My new roof looks great and they gave me a great price. The ladies in the office were wonderful and had my back from day one. I highly recommend Howell Roofing Company!

I called on a Friday morning and was told they’d be out Monday to provide an estimate. Gave my address and all. Never showed up and never called to reschedule either. I heard good things about their work so to not showing up was disappointing.
