I had a job nearby and went in to get some carpet padding, and I was super grateful for the service provided. So helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone in the area in need of flooring services to stop here.
Used Scott and Hillary for a kitchen and bath flooring. Hillary has a superior sample display plus a vast knowledge of the product lines. Scott is always on time, completes as scheduled, and cleanings up better than expected.
Awesome company. They treat it like it's their own house, strong recommendation!!
I tore my new floor-covering in kitchen that howell's installed (perfectly and on budget/time) over a year ago......they didn't even charge for the repair.....THE BEST
Extremely poor customer service. Quoted one price then charged another. Refused to amend this or compromise. Overpriced and limited selection. If I could give zero stars, I would.
