Owner/employee is repairing my neighbors a/c unit. They place their ladder in my driveway and enter her roof via my roof (we are flat roofed attached historically landmarked townhomes). Their ladder damages the stucco facade on my house. They never knocked on my door for permission to place their ladder on my house. And they never contacted me to inform me of damage to my property. When I finally made contact w owner, John, he laughed because I was upset at their lack of care/concern for damaged property. When you have multiple choices for HVAC companies, I would never recommend this company. The owner has zero customer service skills. His immaturely to take responsibility for his mistakes speaks volumes.

I was renting a Vrbo in Scottsdale and the A/C was not working on the day I arrived. The property manager contacted HOWLAIR and John was out within an hour. He is a very personable and professional employee. He replaced a part and it started working. He checked in to make sure it was working. Unfortunately it stopped working again the next day and John arrived shortly after I contacted the property manager. After replacing another part it was working again. Again, John checked to make sure it was operating properly. I would highly recommend HOWLAIR.
