I was very very happy with his services competitive price . blessed to have met him three years ago when he first did a tank for us won't never choose anybody else. So, our RV black water lights were reading high even after we drained at the campsite. My husband and I were concerned about pulling extra weight with our already 8800 lb.camper for our 220+ mile drive home. Found Howlett's right on our GPS route home. Called to see if pumping us out was something he could do. Tim obliged. Nicest, kindest, most knowledgeable, honest people we've encountered in a while! Tim even had us meet him where his truck was being serviced with freon so we didn't have to wait. Turned out to be a false alarm! Our tank was indeed empty. He gave us good advice about the lights and how we could check it when we got home. Extremely reasonable price for their honesty and integrity. The Howlett's are The Best! We were in a bad position with a full septic tank and a drain that was clogged in a home that is over a hundred yrs old with my two elderly parents. This family came within an hr and a half to help us on a Sat. Night. We were desperate! This 3 generation Family business put forth the effort to help us. Where we couldn't get a return call till Monday from others. This Family is the place to call. When IT happens call Howletts!
