My landscaper and I both noticed water dripping from the backflow prevention valve, so I called for a repair. Howz It Flowing came out promptly. They reported there was no leak, so no need to fix, and so NO CHARGE! Thank you for your kindness and great customer service.

First of all, it was a total pleasure, again, to work with this company. They are always professional, efficient, and thorough in every way for my annual backflow testing, and their customer service is outstanding. In my initial testing this year, the technician failed one side. But when she returned to make a simple repair, she retested the machine and it passed the pre-repair test , so no repair was required and she advised I was in compliance with the county. No charges incurred! That is what we call great customer service from start to finish. I continue to be very pleased with this company and I will definitely call on them for any other plumbing issues or concerns.

The Howz It Flowin Team does it again - our BF original had a bad reading. The HIF team came out, inspected and confirmed no problem and processed the paperwork with the County, no additional charge! My backflow was leaking and Howz it Flowin Agin came and said they tightened something and fixed it for no charge! They are so terrific and honest. We use them every year to check our backflow, too.
