Hunter and the crew at HP Royal Septic did a fabulous job doing the replacement of my drain field. Hunter kept me well informed throughout the process. Only minimum amounts of fencing needed to be taken down for their ease of access to complete the job. Once complete, they returned the yard to its original grade. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. He even had forethought enough to have made the arrangements ahead of time for the Health Department to come that same day. We just had our septic tank pumped, and I’m so impressed with how clean and professional the job was! The technician had to dig it up, but you’d never know it — he left the area spotless and took real care not to disturb the yard. I especially appreciated that since the grass had just grown back from the last time it was pumped. Excellent service all around — definitely recommend!

HP Royal came out to the house the next day and was very professional. He also offered a few tips on keeping my septic tank in good working order . And was definitely the best price that I found in the area. Will most certainly be calling them again for the next pumping and any issues I may have . Great all around company..

Well you all know what happens if you have a septic system. Started to back up into my yard at 7pm. Called a local service and stated that they wouldn't send someone out. But then I called HP Royal. Told him my situation and had someone out there in a couple of hours... The young man showed up and bailed me out of a crappy night. Thanks Hunter. (I believe that was his name) Even took a photo of why it backed up.
