Emmett the service rep arrived on-time to complete the duck cleaning. He was professional, pleasant and informative. We have had a full HVAC replacement by HPC and they have been professional and responsive. My parents were veterans, I am an Army BRAT, this is why we chose the company. I would recommend this company for HVAC and duck cleaning.

Would definitely rate them a solid 5 stars but trying to schedule after the estimate was very bad. Zack did an outstanding job with my plumbing and is the reason I did not rate them lower. But I called their office between 9:17am and 3:28pm on 4 different days to schedule the repair. Each time I was told they would leave a message for scheduling to call me the next day. They never did. On the fifth and final day I called and was scheduled. The office workers seemed nice and polite but not proficient.

I recently had HPC (Mr. Emmett) to clean dryer vent and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finIsh, the entire process was seamless and professional. I highly recommend HPC if you're looking for a top notch duct cleaning services.

Emmett and Jude were Awesome! They were so professional and very knowledgeable! I feel like they did such a thorough job cleaning my ducts! I would absolutely hire them again!

Zach and Patrick did a spectacular job installing our heat pump water heater, exhaust venting system, and reinstalling a second water heater. All of the fittings are professionally done with clean lines and corners! I will definitely call them for service needed elsewhere in the future. Thank you!
