Kenny provided same-day service to inspect our HVAC unit after it began displaying errors on a cold November morning. He took the time to clearly explain each issue, showing us which parts required replacement and why. The repairs were completed efficiently, the pricing was very fair, and best of all, we know exactly who to call when it’s time to replace the entire unit.

Kenny, the owner of HPK, will be always be my go to for HVAC needs. We had a unit go out in July. He came recommended by many so we gave him a call. He came out next day and gave us a rundown of everything he would do and at a reasonable price. He offered a portable ac until he could fit us in for our replacement. We didnt need it but it was a very nice offer. He got the job done and we've been very happy with our new TRANE HVAC. Unfortunately, our second unit for the top level of our home just started acting wonky. Here I go calling Kenny to save our butts again. Unfortunately on the hottest day of the year the AC went out. Called several places first and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before they could get out. Called Kenny and he got me serviced within a few hours and did a great job for a very reasonable price. AC is on and everyone is happy, I highly recommend HPK for your heating and cooling issues. Mike
