HPM PARKING

Absolutely furious with this parking lot and their complete disregard for customers who book through SpotHero. I reserved and PAID for a spot here in advance through SpotHero because it was right next to my hotel and seemed convenient. When I arrived, the attendant shrugged and said the lot was full. I showed him my confirmation email and proof of payment and requested a refund and he literally said, “why would I give you a refund, you didn’t pay us, you paid online,” as if that makes it my problem. So let me get this straight: you partner with SpotHero to sell spots, take people’s money through their platform, and then when the lot is oversold or mismanaged, you just turn paying customers away? That’s not just bad service, that’s straight-up FRAUDULENT. I was left scrambling in an unfami

Booked through SpotHero thinking it was reliable. Unfortunately was wrong. The garage is supposed to be secure and closed at 11pm. Was told the garage was unexpectedly opened and they had also lost a key fob. When I got my car back it had been rummaged through and things were stolen. Around $100 worth. Contacted the owner and got ghosted. DO NOT TRUST!

The guy who works here and his boss are real ones. We pulled in and left our keys on the seat for him to park the car, as requested. But we accidentally locked our car! So our car is blocking half of his driveway and stopping business. He called a locksmith instead of a tow and was very chill about it when we came back. We paid for the locksmith of course. Thank you for not towing us!!!!!

Great Place to Reserve and Park your Car in San Francisco. It has a Topnotch Service of Valet. Did booked 2 times in a day and Never had any issues.

Returned my car with significant damage. Clearly they ran into the front of my car with another car, and wouldn’t admit it. Refused to provide insurance information. Called me a liar when I said it was t like that when I arrived. Got weird and aggressive when I took pictures of the damage and where it was parked and all the cameras they have, because clearly they have footage of me dropping off the car without damage, if not the accident itself. It’s going to take a lot of work to get them to pay for the damages.
