HQ INSULATION ,LLC

Had a sales rep come out so as to provide an estimate on closed cell spray foam in exterior walls and some additional work in attic (neighbors were interested in obtaining an estimate in the future as well). A week went by after the visit and no word so I texted the salesman who replied the next day that he would be sending over the estimate that night. Well 3 days later and still no estimate so I advised the sales rep via text that I was no longer interested and neither were my neighbors....only to have the sale rep respond near 10pm via text by saying good luck with my project. If you can't follow through with a simple estimate how are we to believe you would follow through with the work when hired?

These guys are great ! I hired them to install closed cell spray foam insulation. They were professional, courteous and honest. They did a great job at a fare price.
