HQI Door Company

Bought my Coplay door from Home Depot with idea to install myself with my buddy's help. HQI delivered door and communicated with my to set up delivery date/ time. Texted me the night before to remind me and showed up right on time. Once I realized I was on over my head I called HQI who came out promptly again to assess the situation, provided a reasonable estimate and installed door 4 days later - the day after Christmas! Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and prompt. No wasted time and my door is precise, quite and safe! A great customer experience!

My garage door opener was intermittently not working. I called HQI talked to Jamie and was given an appointment for the next day. Matt the installer arrived on time. He listened to my concerns, evaluated the job, and quickly got to work. He was professional and efficient. No parts were needed as the original installer took some short cuts with the wiring which Matt 100%corrected. I would recommend HQI very impressed with their service!

Highly recommend HQI. I ordered garage doors through Lowe’s which was a nightmare. Lowe’s outsourced to HQI, but I would recommend going straight to HQI. They have been very professional from the start. Jamie was very organized and helpful. He sent Dan and Brad to install my doors in what felt like single digits because of the wind chill. They were courteous and efficient. And most importantly, they did a great job with the doors!

HQI Door Company did an awesome job installing my garage door today. Matt and Brad were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered several questions I had and worked very clean. They made quick work of installing the door and it looks great, and the adjustments to the door created a perfect seal. I would highly recommend HQI for all of your garage door needs.
