This company is a SCAM. They sent a representative out and we discussed the pricing for duct vent cleaning. He initially quoted $69 per vent which I thought was way too high and said so. Later he said he had talked to his boss while he was on my roof checking things out and the boss agreed to $39 per vent. I have 8 vents so that would come to $312 total. I agreed. He said someone else would come out later to do the work. He only did the dryer vent himself, which took all of 30 seconds. When the duct-cleaning person came out, he looked around the house and said he could do all the vents for $1000.
