H&R Improvements, If I could give Negative Stars I would. They start a project on our home in June, during that time we kept asking for work schedule of what the project time line would look like, since the agreed upon contract stated the project would be done in 60 to 90 days. It took them almost a month after they started for them to provide a work schedule, and from the work schedule they only did 1 item of it. 1. Communication was almost non-existent more than 24hrs or sometimes not at all to respond. They would not give clear or any instruction to the subcontract that came to the house to preform the jobs, we had to be managing the subcontracts making sure they did what was written on the contract in term of scope of work. Subcontracts would be clueless as to what needed to be done.

This company is very bad The employees doesn’t want to work , very lazy, not helpful I ordered a screen door with a specific measurement waiting 3 months and calling me every month to come and pick it up to found out that is not the right size Last time I asked the employee to go and check the size before I went to pick it ip And they replied that the employee went to check it and the size is right Do I went the next day to pick it up I found out it s the right size again I had a bad experience with them I don’t suggest it then
