I called Shay on the recommendation from a friend He responded immediately and offered to do an assessment for mold within two days of our conversation Joh came and set up his equipment in various locations in and around the house and was very reassuring I received a phone call 3 hours later telling me that no mold was detected and they would be sending me an official report Their service was excellent We had called another reputable company previously. Their representative walked into the house without any equipment just to tell us that an assessment would cost more than double what we were charged by Shay I recommend him very highly

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen, and this company made everything SO easy. They took care of everything from packing all my stuff up to getting a mold test done. I had estimates from 3 companies for a job. All three were in the same ballpark with price, but Shay stood out amongst them. He either has everything under one roof or brings someone in he trusts. The way the process was explained, how the schedule was outlined and the constant communication, our project kept moving along.
