HRS Garage Doors

HRS Garage Doors is the best. Had a tension spring brake on my Garage door. Door would only come up about a foot and stop. They came right out on the day and time they gave me that worked for me. They put in the new springs, lubed and adjusted the door. Works a lot better now ever before the spring broke. Thanks, HRS Garage doors and the technician that did a really good job. Thank you Ron

Movers pushed boxes into my garage door laser sensors which caused them to malfunction and be unreliable. Joe from HRS Garage Doors relocated the heavy packed boxes to another place in my garage! Then he re-aligned the sensors and tightened the wire connections that had been bumped by the movers. He also did general maintenance (tightening bolts, checking the balance, and lubricating the tracks). Now, the door opens quietly and closes flawlessly! One more supreme customer service task that Joe completed: He installed a longer cord for manual operation since I could not reach the too short cord that the builder had used. Ryan is great. No high pressure sales and work done that needed done quickly. Will definitely be using him again for the garage door seals and maintenance yearly. Emmett came back out today to realign our sensors and service the garage door and opener. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. I won’t use anyone else but HRS to service my garage door. They are the best.

Ryan & team recently installed large RV doors for us and they were professional & courteous. Offered competitive pricing as well. When we experienced a problem (manufacturer fault) with 1 door late at night, Ryan immediately answered our call & headed down, fixed the problem promptly so we could secure the garage door for the night. Thats great customer service even at 8:00 in the night!
