I called in because I was past due. I get it, I’m also a business owner and it can be frustrating when customers don’t pay. However, I had questions regarding my invoices because I don’t remember one of them, so I called in and the woman who took answered was very rude. I told her why I was calling and asked her if she could break down the invoices for me. She said no and immediately asked for my card information to make the payment. I told her hold on and she hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Since they’re a “big” company, they think they can just do whatever and don’t care about losing customers. She could’ve just pulled up my records and told me my invoices but NO, she had to be rude. Never getting my services done here and also telling my other business owners not to call he
