H.T.R. Mechanical LLC Heating and Cooling

Wonderful company. When I had my HVAC installed a few years ago, I went with this company because they were prepared and answered all questions. They come out 2x per year for maintenance and are though, efficient and know what they are doing. They never nickel and dime me. I trust them. I made a great decision a few years back and continue to do so.

We were searching for an HVAC contractor with a maintenance plan for our heat pump system. We were pleased with all the positive reviews of HTR Mechanical and hired them They quickly pinpointed a problem and ordered the specific parts. Scheduling and follow up through Samantha in the office was pleasant. The service tech, Charles was prompt, polite, and professional. He fixed the problem and answered all our questions about the system. HTR definitely deserves all the high ratings

Mike was responsive, informative, and knowledgeable. I'd use him/this company again without hesitation.

HTR is a great company to work with. They are very responsive and accommodating. Their technician Charles and Andrew are respectful and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them.

So, I didn't end up using HTR, but not because of anything they did wrong. I do feel like they deserve a shout out for their professionalism when I contacted them to get a quote to install mini splits in my home. I reached out to several companies, and Mike and Samantha were pretty much the only ones who were willing to work around my work schedule to come out to give an estimate. They arrived promptly, and were very efficient, but also thorough, in explaining everything. They were also very responsive when I reached out with additional questions. I really appreciate how they conduct their business, and want to recognize them for that. Will certainly consider them for future services.
