HTS fixed both our roof and remodeled our bathroom. They were very respectful and informative. The team did quality work and they were respectful of our space and kept the area clean. It was beyond my expectation and Jacob was very helpful in the processing and planning. Any questions or concerns we had he would respond in a timely manner. I had multiple leaks in my kitchen ceiling the they found black mold. All I can say is wow this is gonna cost me a lot off money and multiple contractors. After I called HTS Restoration they came out next day I received a full cost for everything. That was very reasonable price and they took over from there and A little over 9 days I was able to use our kitchen again and it worked out perfectly especially cause we got it back two days before Thanksgiving. We used HTS Restoration when we had a pipe burst in our home in Colorado. Our master bathroom was damaged and the rooms that surrounded it. Our entire basement and crawlspace was in about 3ft of water. The crew arrived promptly to mitigate the water. I'm glad we used this company. They turned what was a stressful and overwhelming situation into a successfully rapid restoration. I hope we never have to deal with this kind of situation ever again, but if we do, we know who to call.
