I have utilized many contractors in the past, but haven’t experienced the level of customer commitment and attention to detail as I have with Hubbard. Recently I contracted Hubbard to install a new boiler system in my home. Their pricing was competitive, the product and warranty was superior to the other quotes I received and the service delivery was noting less than world class. Not only was Chad personable and very knowledgeable, he was professional and cleaned up after himself daily. Coming from a service industry myself, I was very appreciative of the care he took to make sure the job was done right. He and Hubbard get my highest recommendation and I will be direct anyone looking for a heating & a/c contractor in my area (Finger Lakes) to them!

I have used Hubbard for many years and always found their service of high quality and fairly priced. They recently moved to a system to charge by the task or item repaired rather time + materials. For a recent visit that required two hours on site and about $240 in parts (that one can readily find on the web) the bill was $630, with an additional charge for travel to the job. We just purchased a home with a fuel oil furnace and Hubbard Heating & Plumbing was recommended to me by a few people. I called to inquire about what annual service looked like and was emailed a complete checklist of what would be inspected and serviced along with the estimated price. When Chad came out to complete the service, he was on time and friendly. After everything he went over his findings and gave me some good advice. Overall great experience and happy with the outcome.

There are a lot of terrible plumbers in upstate NY. Hubbard cleans up their mess. Don’t waste your time with hacks. You’ll pay the price later. We have, on many occasions. Hubbard is the only place we call now. Yeah, they’re a little more expensive. You get what you pay for. Friendly, responsible, knowledgeable, courteous and always there when you need them. Great people.

Taking this opportunity to share my experience with Hubbard. We needed some work done on our Mitsubichi air conditioner/heating unit. I was very impressed at how quickly Eric and Dominque were able to tell us what was wrong. In less than 3 minutes the problem was detected and they went right to work to correct it. They also handled a minor problem with my outdoor spigot and hose. Within and hour and a half all was done and is working well now. Both young men were very friendly, respectful and professional. They also cared how much one thing might cost over another and that was appreciated. I would call them again.
