So easy to deal with this company. After three other failed attempts with others, Hubbards was at the ready! They sent me a wonderful person named Samantha who really seemed to care about my home, my pets, my plants (there’s a lot), and mostly my mother. Did a great job for the time allotted. The team did a very good job - showed up on time, were very friendly, asked smart questions about the house and our preferences, listened and followed our requests. Everyone worked hard the entire time and did a thorough job. We very much appreciate their hard work!

I had them come clean during a special—3 ½ hours for $199—and I was very disappointed with the service. As you can see from the picture, my ceiling fan was not cleaned properly, and my home overall did not look or feel freshly cleaned. Typically, when a home is cleaned, you notice a fresh, clean smell—but there was none. Instead, it felt as though very little had been done. We also have wood floors that should have been shined, but they were left looking the same as before. The cleaner spent more time talking than working, and important professional details were overlooked, such as folding the toilet paper, which is a small but noticeable finishing touch that shows care and thoroughness. A special like this should showcase the company’s best work, but I wasn’t impressed. If this is what’
