Hubbs Heating & Air

Our Furnace went out Saturday evening, they sent someone out that night and they did a temp fix until our new landlord/property manager could approve their service, just so we could have some heat. They came out today, replaced the furnace and Flue pipes. Very polite (The whole lot of em!), gave me a play by play on what they were working on. Very appreciative of their work! Already warmer! Thank you so much! Added: I'm not sure what else they did but two of the rooms that didn't have heat for two years finally have heat! Now we don't have to use space heaters!

PLEASE READ THE FULL STORY: First, I want to state that the technician, Victor, who came out initially is an amazing person and this does NOT reflect on him in the slightest. I originally had a glowing recommendation for this company due to Victor, that has since changed. Story time…I have a warranty with 2-10, from buying our new home. I did not pick the warranty provider, sellers did. The warranty set me up with 4 different companies to service our broken, needs replaced being rotted on the bottom and 23 years old, water heater. The first 3 did not work any longer with the warranty company. So, after many attempts for resolution, we were given Hubbs as the servicer. AGAIN, Victor was great, and he came out promptly and provided great service. The aftermath of the visit is where issues

Person who answered the phone was courteous and responsive to urgent need to get heat fixed! Victor arrived quickly as promised. He explained the whats, whys, and where the problems were in a way I could see and understand. The cost was very reasonable. I’m so happy to find an honest and reliable company that I’ll call again when needed.

Update: I contacted Hubbs about my installation and my concerns. I’ve already taken it upon myself to rebuild the step extended and cover the AC piping and lines. When I explain to management what it happened, they were very apologetic. And agreed that the way the pipes were installed were tripping hazard. After a pleasant conversation, they agreed to reimburse me for all my materials and building a new step. I would recommend this company. There was a glitch between the customer and the company we fixed it. As promised, the technician arrived at the house on a timely basis. There are actually two technicians as the unit was big and heavy. The gentleman that actually did the install never took a break and really worked hard.
