Hudson Air had serviced my old AC unit for many years keeping it going until it was no longer feasible. When it came time to get a new unit installed I didn’t hesitate to call on them to purchase and install it. Brian and his group are honest, fair, and professional. They always take time to explain what the issue is and options to deal with it. They are prompt and keep you informed about their arrival and estimated time to repair or replace.

Hudson Air has been our a/c company for years through several homes. The techs are all courteous and professional. They show genuine concern, and address problems with a sense of urgency. Their prices are very fair. Their service is excellent. We give them all the stars!

We hired Hudson Air to redo our ductwork and spent over $5,500 for the job. The initial work appeared to be done well, and we had no major complaints at that time. However, shortly after, we noticed our AC was still struggling to cool the house, unable to keep the temperature below 86 degrees despite being set to 70. We called Hudson Air back out and were told a coil needed to be replaced, an additional $2,000. After that repair, the system actually performed worse than before. We reached out again for assistance, calling and leaving messages daily for over two weeks with no response. This situation was especially difficult as we have animals in the home and my husband is currently on medical leave, a 90-degree indoor environment is unlivable.
