Hudson Bros Lawn Care has awesome customer service. They have the most considerate employees. I had a question about a job that was completed. Hudson Bros made me feel comfortable; and they were very accommodating. Hudson Bros didn’t create my erosion problem; however, they did solve my problem. I highly recommend Hudson Bros Lawn Care. A job well done.

They are a great company. You tell them what your vision is and they make it happen. They are mindful of your time by being on time, professional, friendly, hard workers. I highly recommend this company as I use them throughout the year.

Shane and team who did our Mulch Project came and removed pine straw and installed dark brown mulch. Project was scheduled right away, and suprised how fast they were able to come out. They also completed the job very quickly! The second team, lawn maintenance, arrived today and performed first mow, edging, etc. Both teams were friendly and professional, took the time to introduce themselves and shake your hand (not as common these days!). They also took the time to review what services were going to be performed prior as well and solicited feedback if needed. In addition, our initial estimate inquiry was answered right away online. The online portal Hudson Bros uses is up-to-date, user friendly, and make it so easy to make payments, send email questions, and schedule new jobs/check

The Hudson Brothers crew was great! They carefully laid out the project with us and were very efficient, staying on schedule despite the excessive heat. Our backyard turned out even better than we had envisioned. We are thrilled with our new space!

A year ago, my rating would have been 4 or even 5 stars. However, during my 2nd season as a customer, Hudson Bros service and customer focus has gone right into the toilet. I am on a 2-week schedule, but it seems that every 2 weeks my service gets delayed by several days. The typical excuse is weather, which I can accept a couple of times a season, but not every time. Whether it's rain or injured employees (another recent excuse), maintaining a schedule is important to me. I have to prep my yard before they come by moving outdoor furniture and such and if I don't expect to be home on the scheduled day, I have to unlock my gate. This makes rescheduling every service way beyond an inconvenience. It’s easy for Hudson Bros to blame it on the weather or injured employees, but this seems more l
