Our home carpets look the best they have ever looked after professional cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned numerous times over the years. Mel was professional, follow through was excellent, efficient and the results are amazing. I am already planning to book Mel at Hudson Valley Carpet Cleaning or my office carpets.

I actually am having the same experience as Trevor below. Working with Hudson Valley Carpet Cleaning has been a nightmare for my partner and I. Mel has had our 2 carpets since mid-March, and he will not return our phone calls. I have never experienced this kind of service, and it makes me believe I too am being conned. I went to the FedEx drop off location where his business is listed, and they told me his mail box has been closed for years. If you are looking to send out your carpets for a clean, I feel the obligation to warn you to look elsewhere. I hope Mel sees this and rectifies this situation, so serious concerns can be assuaged.

Hudson Valley Carpet cleaning did an expert job on a very tough case: cat pee on a leather couch without removable cushions. If you’ve ever tried to get the smell of cat urine out of furniture or carpet, you know that it is next to impossible and I was heartbroken that the odor may never come out. Mel came to the rescue! He uses a special combination of enzymatic cleaners that work with the chemistry of the urine to remove the scent. This was a tough case and he came back two more times until the smell was completely gone and he did not charge me for the extra visits. I would not hesitate to hire Mel for any furniture or carpet cleaning needs you have.

I spoke to Mel he made an appointment to have my mom’s carpet clean and they never showed up and they never called to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional!!! Would never hire them!!!!
