Hudson Valley Septic Services

I just bought a house with a full septic tank that the seller told me she had paid Hudson Valley Septic to pump out (we have a copy of the receipt). Upon my own inspection the tank was found to be totally full of both water and solids. No one has been living in the house so there shouldn't be much if anything in the septic tank if it had really been pumped. Both my realtor and I have tried repeatedly to reach Hudson Valley Septic to ask them to check their records to see who came out and also to view in person the full septic tank to see if they think the job was actually done. We have pictures and a septic inspection report to prove it is full. The company has not returned phone calls or responded in any way. The stench is intense. Tank location was unknown; this company was the only one of three that succeeded in finding it. Also, they answered the call for help right away. Very reasonable and easy to work with.

Horrible experience with this company we had an appointment weeks ago and they said they had truck issue so we rescheduled for July 1st at 11am. Well 11 am rolls by and no call no show. We called around 11:30 and left message. We got a call back with same excuse as weeks ago that they might not make it and we had our whole day off planned around this. that twice they blew us off with NO call and us having to find out what was going on. do not recommend this company and will never use again poor service.

Extraordinarily responsive. When I couldn't get anyone to attend to a sudden septic failure these people came through. The service was excellent. They communicated well. Prices were more than fair. Highly recommended.

Superb service from Bob and his crew. May 2022; Hudson Valley Septic located our rotting steel septic, replaced it with a concrete septic. August 2024: pumped out the aforementioned septic and gave us solid advice in locating a half bathroom septic. We will return with any future work to Hudson Valley Septic, I hope you guys stay in business, because it may be a while before we are ready for another major job of septic install and see you in a few years to pump out the current septic.
