This company is contracted as "responsible" for the snow removal of a homeowners association in Northfield. Their policy for the removal of accumulated snowfall is neither timely nor satisfactory on any level. Accumulations of 4+ inches of snow has not been removed as of 2PM. Other associations in the neighboring streets have been actively clearing or been cleared since 10:00 AM. If the company in question does not have the resources or employees to facilitate even remotely acceptable times for snow removal in an HoA with 10+ residential driveways and the associated sidewalks on public streets then their contract(s) should be terminated.

They clear the snow off sidewalks at my apartment building, Coolidge Ct. They use a wide bobcat with a snowblower on it. Does not clean down to the cement leaves about 2 inches of snow still on concrete. So it’s half done. Get out the shovels!! It’s a pain because once it turns cold it’s impossible to shovel what they left. It’s a mess out here!!Not a good job at all!!

Horrible response time! Worst I’ve ever experienced. Go with someone else.
