Parker comes to the rescue. Our cycling studio experienced a smoke alarm going off during one of our Spin class. Luckily for us Parker picked up the phone on a Saturday afternoon. Helped me reset the roof top unit and reset the alarm, all within a few minutes. The studio was packed and they all decided to push through the alarm and finish the class. Jeff and his crew are very professional. They made sure that our unit was fixed in a timely manner. Jeff even came back out on the weekend to double our system was running smoothly! Huff Refrigeration Services comes to the rescue again! West Highland Christian Academy has been a customer of H. R. S. for a long time. They always make it a priority to come out for service as soon as possible. Early this morning some of my staff informed me that our commercial freezer unit was no longer keeping things frozen. Jeff Huff was out right away to check it out. He had it up and running again very quickly. Thanks for taking care of our emergency problem so quickly Jeff! We appreciate you!

I own a flower shop in Highland Michigan. I called Huff Services and explained my situation to the lady answering the phone for them. I said that my cooler isn't keeping the proper temperature for the longevity of the flowers. She then put me on hold and said, "I'm sorry but we're not taking any new clients". I told her that no other heating and cooling place will help me she says once again, "I'm sorry but he's just too busy and can't take any more new clients". I don't think this is how a business should be run. Is he not taking any new clients ever? I mean what are other businesses to do if they are having the same issue, obviously DON'T bother calling these people at HUFF they are just to busy.

We can sometimes be rough on our HVAC. Jeff and his crew are always very responsive and thorough whenever we call for service installation and repair.
