Mr. Huffman was VERY rude and condescending on the phone. Cut me off and had horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend! It wasn’t just on the phone, Mr. Huffman. You’re just a rude, and overall, HORRIBLE person to deal with. Maybe, grow some customer service skills!!

The manager, Rebecca, was always very nice and extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time showing me different designs and patterns. She even let me take home a sample color to try out. Eduardo, the installer, could not have been any nicer than he was. Very professional, prompt, courteous, and inclusive! He came in and told me how he was going to do things, and then got to work on it right away! He was very thorough and he cleaned up all of the mess after! I would highly recommend him. I gave him 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

We had a fabulous experience working with Joe and Ellie! We got to meet with them in their beautiful show room and see lots of great options. They let us take samples home so we could make sure that we were really confident in our choice. Our floors are in now and we love them and get so many great compliments on them! I know we have flooring projects in the future and will surely be back.

We recently had our kitchen flooring done by Huffman. Huffman flooring seemed to come highly recommended in the community so we thought we would support local and go through them for our kitchen flooring. We were very disappointed by the lack of respect from the workers. They had to move our fridge and when they moved it to the living room they never checked to see if it was actually on. So, it sat unplugged for about 8 hours. Then, they took the pantry door and leaned it against a brand new painted canvas. The worker also used the kitchen space to cut all the boards which caused dust to be blown around the entire house. It took about two hours to clean up the house and the flooring after they were done. Owners apologized but never made any adjustments to final bill. If you get flooring do
