They always call before to let me know when my next appointment is scheduled..they always check with me to see if I need any indoor services when they come..they don't need me to be there to do the job. They are quick, efficient and inspire their work.

Kyle and Carlos were extremely nice, professional and honest when they came to check our house. I wish there would be more companies with people like them. I would definitely recommend Hughes Exterminators, the staff have great customer service!

Excellent service fast but very thorough great staff at headquarters and they come back if the bugs reappear before the next service ln 3 months at no extra charge. My house feels like the jungle bugs of Florida are trying to get in all the time, it is a bug invasion.

I wrote a review about Hughes a day ago and complained about there terrible services. I noticed today that the review has been pushed to not being relevant on their website, shows how they feel about customers. I just wanted to explain why I was not happy with this company. I spent what I thought was a lot of money for their in ground termite services. I was told that they would be back in 6 months to see if any of the in ground stations needed to be re-treated. Now the receptionist says they don't do that, the salesman said they did . I even had it on my phones calendar. It has been a terrible experience since I started doing business with them. I have had no response from anybody of management in the company about my issues. Typical.
