Hughes Exterminators

First time customer and I greatly enjoyed how clear the explanations were on their different services. I love how communicative the staff is and how eager they are to help. They provided a one call resolution and sent technicians over that also had stellar customer service. I’m extremely happy with how streamline my experience was. What more could I ask for?

Curious as to why such great reviews but my backyard is a mess. I wish owner would look at my backyard and yard on right side. Tons of weeds. I asked technician why my yard looked bad. Was told my yard looked better than most and I basically should be happy. I said are you spraying weeds in back and right side of house? Said could not spray where was grass. Barely grass left in places, mostly weeds. Said could not spray. Changed to another company and my yard already improving.

I am leaving a review for my mom. Ivan is her technician and he did a bedbug job for her and it was amazing. We were having small bites throughout the night and it was very painful. He told us the whole process and what was going to happen from the beginning to the end. It was three treatments and they were I think 12 days apart, and the problem was completely gone. He was very professional and any questions I had I was able to call him or text him. Hughes exterminators is a great company and I highly recommend.

We had ghost ants (tiny ones) that we could not get rid of. Hughes came out and explained how these ants do there thing, why they were coming in the house, why my efforts were not getting to the root problem. The tech sprayed in and out and left bait traps. Saw 1 or 2 for 2-3 days and since then nothing!! We are extremely pleased with the explanation and the results.

I never leave reviews but I have to leave one the technician that came out was Ivan. He did an amazing job from explaining everything. That I was worried about and taking care of the problem. If anybody is looking for a great pest control company Hughes exterminators.
