Helpful and responsive to issues. The worst I usually get is a stray ant wandering by, but they're helpful qith the how and why if they get crazy and they spray again and there's no need to worry.

We used hughes a few yrs in the past & we called on them to treat the home again because a few bugs were spotted after the rain & we wanted to get on some maintenance. We were told a price based on our discovery but we're then told an additional charge to treat as infestation. We spoke to Logan, who is presume is the same " pompous person" others have spoke of. I asked how "a few live bugs" (in their terms) was considered infestation. They said thats just what they called it. This logan continued to argue w my husband telling him a different version, not realizing my husband was present on the original call. I put a call in to the office manager (makenna) & also got the branch manager (nadine) Both were unhelpful & didnt seem to care the image they were allowing w their employees. Whil
