Called to get a price on a 50 A.O Smith. Dude said we dont sell A.O Smith and well only sell to plumbers . So i hung up in his ear . Then i called back and got levi . He gave me a price on a Rheem pro 50 electric of $640.00 . At Winn supply i pay $530.00 for an ENT 50 . My name is Chuck the plumber and I have licenses in several states . That first salesman should be fired . And Levi was screwing me because i gave him a hard time . It would have been my first time at this branch . I'll drive to Winn Supply at West Orange before i spend a penny at this place. CHUCK THE PLUMBER

Tony was well informed and helped me solve my issue with my tankless water system. He informed me that my system only being 3 years old was still under warranty. They had the part i needed and it was fixed at no cost to me. Hughes will be my go to plumbing store thanks to Tony.

I'm a Florida State Certified Plumbing Contractor, recently moved into the area, looking for a local supply house and called for a price on a Kohler Wellworth toilet. The man I spoke with from inside sales was clearly annoyed that I'd called, and quoted me a price that was $105.00 MORE than I was quoted at another supply house. As a trade professional, was disappointed I was treated so rudely by my closest plumbing supply house.
