Hughes Supply

I highly recommend Hughes Supply when you’re in need of plumbing material. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Stock levels are great and complete. They always have what I’m after. The pricing is very competitive and usually beat the retail stores and online entities. Hughes is my go to supply house and I would recommend them to all of our local residents.

When you realize that five of these one-star reviews in the last few days were given by a single man with five different accounts, you can begin to understand why this OUTSTANDING PLUMBING HOUSE has a less than five-star rating. I’ve been going to this plumbing house for literally 25 years. I don’t have to; there are plenty of them in town. I stay with them because they are professional, friendly, well-managed, fair, and honest. They keep their prices at a fair level that allows them to stay profitable, and keep stock available 99% of the time. They are RARELY out of anything I need, always ready to loan me a tool when mine gets persnickety, and each of them knows me, and is quick to help. After I had a stroke, they were each patient with me, and kind to me. One of them even honestly wrote

My water heater went out, Robert with Plymwr plumbing came over, determined it was still Under warranty. And needed to be swapped out at Hughes. So he took it down there and they don’t carry ao smith Anymore. Told him we could pay full price for a new Rheem!!! What?? So I got to go 48 hours with no hot water thanks to Hughes. After exhausting all hope with Hughes my home warranty first American gratefully replaced my water heater, I’ll never ship at Hughes. And you shouldn’t either: they don’t care about local Havasu residents at all.

Hughes is always welcoming and easy to work with. Orders are filled quickly and accurately every time. I’d definitely recommend them to any plumber looking for reliable service.
