I when in to the shop today and had a crazy question on a repair i wanted to try. not only did the staff laugh at my jokes. they understood what i was trying to do . offered different options for me to make my repairs. and well as was able to sale me the correct items i needed to make repairs. when i got off work i took everything they told me . with the design i had in my head and was able to make repairs.. the heat/air has never blown so good at my home.. Thank you so much for all you do.. great service.

That is an incorrect statement sir. Rheem does not charge a warranty processing fee, we, as a Rheem distributor, charge that fee to non Rheem contractors to offset the cost of processing the warranty paperwork and the cost of shipping the defective item back to Rheem. Rheem contractors are not charged that fee and we would suggest to any customer, that they contact a qualified Rheem contractor for any Rheem repairs, whether warranty or otherwise.

Attention Consumers, if you have a warranty part there is a Warranty Handling fee (35.00) that you have to pay that your contractor will have to pass on to you from Rheem which is not a true full parts warranty. Buy another name brand.
