VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. The part came in, but the sale of our motor was held up a full week because no one there knew how to set up our account to sell the part to us. Show me one person that doesn't mind their HVAC system being down for an EXTRA WEEK because of incompetence. It was the only place to have this unique motor, so we had to wait. When I did go in, no one apologized for the major inconvenience, or even wanted to talk about it. Then when I went to leave, I was treated rudely for being unhappy with the situation. We will NOT be going back.

If you value customer service, don't work with them because this company doesn't. All they care is making excuses and not creating solutions. There are plenty of other options that will give you stellar service over this company without even trying.

Phillip was rude. Not helpful at all. I was more of a burden than a customer. How are you going to require customers to wear masks and not the employees. I’ll wait for Baker to order the parts I need.
