I can’t say enough good things about Hugh’s. I’m in a brand-new home with a two-year-old HVAC unit, and the company that installed it has been denying there’s any issue. A second company gave me a more realistic assessment, but Adam went above and beyond. He performed a completely comprehensive review of my entire system, took the time to explain everything clearly, and approached the situation with professionalism and honesty. I finally feel like I have a full understanding of what’s going on with my unit. Adam did such a great job with the repair that I’m almost glad it was sick… just kidding. But seriously, the quality of work and level of service were that impressive.

Ac went out at 5pm on March 5th 2026.... I was able to get in touch with Hugh and he was more than happy to come take a look at it on such short notice. I have 2 kids and a few animals in the house so it was important to me to get this ac running ASAP. When he arrived he didn't just goes this out that could be wrong, he immediately went straight to work testing everything. I was impressed by how fast he was able to diagnose the problem while at the same time educating me on the components and parameters of the parts. I worked with Stephen to setup my estimate. He was attentive and gave me an unbeatable deal. Jacob and David came out to install within days and were awesome. Very diligent and knowledgeable. Didn't mind me watching or asking questions. Actually it was encouraged. They installed a Hisense 2 ton inverter system for me. They also installed another return vent for me. Cleaned up everything and layed floor mats in work areas. System and wire management is perfect. All holes sealed. Could not have done better. I highly recommend this company. I will be going to them in the future!

We joined the Hugh's Air Repair service plan and boy are we glad we did! The price is reasonable and when we called and told them what problem we were having, they were here the next day. And this was during an extreme cold spell. I'm sure they were getting a lot of calls. The techs quickly diagnosed the problem and within an hour or so had it fixed. The charge was only $80 and the system is working better than ever! Thanks Hugh's Air Repair. Nice to find a company that does what they say they'll do.
