Unfortunately I had to cancel the services I had with this company. Not sure what’s going on, but this company does not appear to take the pride it once did- and the level of incompetence shows in my lawn as well as how they conduct their business. My grass has an unprecedented amount of weed and patches and after I called them to come and address the black spot on my Calusia hedges, they told me they would be here the next day- that it was covered, and then they called and said they can’t come out- it’s not covered- instead of still coming out and addressing the issue. They now have that too big to fail company mentality and has lost touch with client needs and level of satisfaction. Pictures shows for itself. I live in Loxatachee. I have had KERRY taking care of my home for years! He is truly professional. I always feel safe when I know he's coming to my house when I am not there.
