I couldn't be happier with my new flooring. The people that own and operate this company are great to work with; product selection, scheduling, and installation all done smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for service!

Very limited carpet selection; mostly polyester. Hull Flooring is not authorized to sell top brand nylon carpets such as Karastan. Promotes Dreamweaver Carpets which has a BBB rating of C. Tried numerous times to have them fix installation problems, e.g. not tapped down to tack strips. Installed spring 2025. Does not return calls, texts or emails. Did not comply with terms of warranty.

I went there had an appointment Guy let me in. I had picked out what I wanted and was so exited waited for it to be installed. When the floors got put in I realized they were wrong. Completely wrong. So frustrating. They were nothing like what I had picked out. Called to complain a lady answered the phone and she seemed so confused at what I was saying. Even though I gave her names and numbers of the floors she acted like I was crazy and said someone would get back to me and they never did. Do not do business here. If I could put pictures on here I would I don't see a spot for me to do so.

Jerry and his team are absolutely amazing. Jerry kept us updated and in the know every step of the way. Our carpet and flooring in our new house was severely stained/smelled like animal from the prior owners. Jerry gave us options to remove the smell and accommodated it around our schedule to ensure we got it done not only quickly, but with minimal rearranging of our furniture and other items. The installers were fast, friendly and professional. I will be recommending Jerry and Hull Floor to all of my friends and coworkers. We plan to have more work done in our kitchen soon and we won’t be looking anywhere else. Thank you so much! 😎

Nice selection & friendly helpful staff. We ended up ordering both hardwood flooring for the kitchen & tile for the bathroom. They were in touch with our contractor the next morning.
